In the starters we recommend "Tucano's
salad", the "goat cheese",

base fresh fish, daily bought at the market,
it offers a variety forms of cooking. Grilled
in the oven or in salt, they are all of excellent
quality, being very difficult wich one to
choose.
For those who decide for shellfish, "Tucano's"
Restaurant recommend "Lobster à
la guilho", "Tucano's lobster grilled
or boiled" and our famous "Shrimp
curry".
IAbout meat, pay attention to the selection
of the best tenderlain of steer meat, uou
can choose between a great "Chateaubriant"
or a "Grilled filet mignon with bernaise,
pepper ou mushrooms sauce", or "Grilled
lamb cutlets with mint sauce".
